The onboarding team (Dante) is responsive, knowledgeable of the home buying process and goes above and beyond with customer service from the start of the home buying process and post settlement. The project manager, Evan is also very helpful and ensures high quality is a priority.
Dante is our sales rep and he has been wonderful through the entire process. Very attentive and punctual greeting us everytime with a smile and pleasant demeanor. Made us feel very comfortable without pressure.
Communication is pathetic, I was given a move in date which turned out to be a false date and I had already sold my house. Lived in a air b&b for a moth and there was no help as it was entirely their fault. Should not be in real estate business.
