Worst Homeowners Association i have ever belonged to. Some of the residents resorted to threats and retaliations for my disability rights. Buyer beware. numerous police reports filed and video shared out of dire necessity. UPDATE: They did control this homeowners association before a year ago and are responsible for instituting unconstitutional policies and practices.

Due to potential legal complaints against this HOA, I am pulling my review. This statement says everything you need to know. they previously replied to contact their customer service team which is useless. They are selling you a fenceless community which violates disability law. Other homeowners who want fenceless community should look into their legal rights and pursue their own legal complaints.
This HOA has done nothing but belittle me for providing myself legal disability accommodations per my VA doctors. It is to the point I am requesting access to their legal counsel for a simple meeting with the trustees to ensure they comply with both the fair housing act and the Illinois human rights act.
Update to Owner's response 1/22/24: The HOA board just recently took office. HOA covenants are always initially written (by the owner and/or developer and others) without the benefit of any input from the homeowners, and the HOA covenant here is no different. Now that homeowners are actually on the board, it will be possible to make some changes. Thanks for your response.
