Don’t buy a house from Ryan Homes and definitely don’t use their mortgage company, NVR! They are the so unethical, unprofessional and down right rude! They provided us with incorrect information, misstated money, gave the wrong interest rate, wrong monthly payment, failed to advise of a tax bill etc. Upon complaining, we received a nasty email from management defending their unethical and deceiving practices.
