It is a nice place to live; however, the lack of assistance after you receive your home is disappointing. Some neighbors appear to be running mechanic or other types of businesses within the community, parking up to six different cars every day, which makes it difficult for others to park and move around safely. No one seems to do anything about it. I’ve had one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences working with this company. Since signing my purchase agreement in November, I’ve done everything asked of me—submitting documents on time, following every step—but the process has been full of delays, poor communication, and last-minute surprises.
