My husband and I started the house hunt 3years ago and in 2022 relocated to Greenville, SC unsure of whether we could purchase a home. I have not brought my Home yet however I reached out to Ryan Homes because I loved the Homes. I am looking to relocate to Greenville, SC. Even though I knew I was not Income qualified, I still inquired by FAITH! I spoke with Alicia who was AMAZING! She was extremely patient with me and answered my questions accordingly. Our seller, Steve, was amazing. He was promoted and we are so happy for him. Our project manager, Peter, has been the best of the best. He made sure we were involved with the process every step of the way and we have so much trust in him and his team to give us the best of the best. Thankful for the team we had through this process.
My experience with Ryan Homes overall was great! From the sales manager Alicia, to the construction manager Jordan. Throughout our six month journey, they were professional, personable, and responsive. I’m looking forward to my experience as a resident in this new community.
