Melissa has been amazing through this process for us! Caleb, the builder, has been amazing and always keeping me up to date on what’s going on in the building process! Cal has been wonderful in the loan process and always giving me direct feedback/answers instead of sugarcoating things for us. Being a first time homebuyer through Ryan’s Homes has been a 10/10 experience!

Summer Kean the agent at the model home is fantastic! I work in the mortgage industry. And work with a lot of agents and Summer is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Definitely recommend.
First off, the townhouses are gorgeous! With all top notch appliances being included, it is first rate. However, the real gem is Summer. She was absolutely amazing during the entire process of purchasing. She was very communicative and always returned calls and texts. Summer was so polite, thorough and very helpful throughout the whole process of home buying. We also met Caleb who oversees the building process of the homes.
