We are moving from SC to Winding Creek and Deborah Linz has been our main contact. This will be our second home built by Ryan Homes and our 6th build. Extremely Disappointed with Ryan Homes (Winding Creek Subdivision) We moved into our new home in Winding Creek and were initially pleased—until we discovered just how poor the quality of our yard was. On August 19th, I contacted salesperson Deborah Linz after realizing that our entire yard was filled with rocks and stones once the standard straw blanket they laid blew and washed away. We have had a great experience so far with Ryan homes. Deb has been amazing and very helpful explaining the process, all the different options and helping us choose what will best fit our family. The community is absolutely beautiful to drive around. I mean who can beat the amenities, 2 pools, walking trails, playground, basketball court.
