Service is good overall. The one thing I absolutely don't like is sales rep is restricting what color or elevation you choose because your neighbor or house across you has it. It is so frustrating, you are not living with them in their house. While we spending this much money on new house, you should have a choice to select whatever color you choose.
Creekridge is an excellent community by itself with beautiful houses. Ryan offers in this community landscaping in their included cost which is really nice and reduce one big headache of running after landscapers and the basic landscaping offered is quite decent with enough plants. My experience with Ryan has been great with both the salesperson Jon and the Builder Josh and his team who builds taking personal interest like building his own house.
