This is my second newly constructed Ryan Home. I can say, without any hesitation, that it will be my last. The houses are cheaply built. Ryan Homes uses cheap materials and goes even further to slack on the contractors. The quality of work done is terrible. There is no quality control. Our home looks like we've been here for 3 years, not just over a year. The flooring is a mess, the carpet was riddled with nails that my children kept scraping their feet on, even the paint job was horrible. The baseboards and trim around our ... read more

From start to finish this has been a very pleasant and enjoyable process. Cheryl from the beginning was very efficient and we can not say enough about Luke the project manager. He has made us feel included every step of the building process and we feel very confident with our purchase! Thank you Ryan Homes!
