After living here for a year I can write this post in confidence. As a first time home owner I genuinely had no idea what to expect throughout the process. Ryan Roman made the experience so easy and exciting for me. He was always readily available by text or call for any of my questions, was more than happy to show me the property as the timeline continued, and if I wasn’t able to make it he would send me pictures/videos with updates. If you are looking to build a home in the community, ask for Ryan!
I purchased my townhome in January 2024 and moved in August 2025, once built. Though I experienced several issues with the lender who was recommended through the builder, my project manager, Ryan Roman, made up for much of the frustrations caused with purchasing my first home. As a first time home owner Matt made the experience very easy and answered any questions we had. Ryan Roman kept us up to date on the home building process from start to finish. Always provided us pictures of the home being built which was so exciting to see and be apart of. Both of them were very helpful and awesome to work with! Been here 2 months now & we love it!!
