People in the community are awesome, but Ryan Homes deserves a negative star. Worst company to work with and only want to sell you the house with lies and will ignore you once the paperwork is signed.
For over a year, my wife and I looked at several homes for resale in the Pittsburgh area. We also looked at several home builders. In our opinion, Ryan homes had the best floor plan, options, upgrades and pricing for our needs. We had a list of several features that we wanted in our new home and Ryan homes met them.
