I have been very happy with my experience with the purchase of my new ranch home at Cardinal Pointe. From walking into the model and meeting Beth McCloy, who answered all my questions and explained everything beautifully, to then meeting with Melissa grow to deal with financing, who also answered all questions and explained all involved very well.
The staff are true professionals and care about their customers. Buying process is streamlined which really helped put my mind at ease. They can answer any questions and the quality of the builds are top notch compared to other builders in the area of the same price range.

Buying/building my first home is very nerve racking and exciting all in one, but everybody is extremely nice and easy to work with. Everyone that is working is there for any questions at any time, and they are not trying to sell you on something you may not need with building your home. Beth the sales representative is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. The area is nice and overlooks a farm. It gives you that country feeling with only being a 1/2 mile from 81 to go wherever you may desire.
Mike and Beth are great salespeople. Houses come with a great deal that is standard. Cardinal Pointe has a country feel setting, but is 2 minutes to *everything.*
