We recently closed on our new home in Blackthorne Estates. We were more than pleased with our Ryan Homes experience from beginning to end! Our first interaction with Ryan Homes was with Lora at the sales office, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My very 1st response / review of my experience with Ryan Homes @ Blackthorne estates can be summarized in a few words “Customer Service Excellence”. Every aspect of the home building experience was carefully and sincerely guided by Lora Blair. She embodies this phrase – from consistent communication to regular updates and follow ups even after being in the home for 4 months… I can use this same phrase to describe Jason Kacinko – whom Lora introduced us to as the Project Manager over the building of our home.
