Beautiful but small and limited parking
Ryan Homes and the developer really designed this neighborhood poorly, and only focused on cramming in as many townhouses as possible. Limited parking/narrow roads, poor planning with utility lines in the middle of peoples yards, and basically subbing all their work to lowest bidders. The neighbors and location are best part of living here.
Frustrated with my experience- I’ve lived here almost a year and our streetlights have not been turned on- Ryan homes has been absolutely no help with this. The streets are narrow and parking is frustrating - garages won’t fit any vehicle larger than a Honda Civic. Lots of poorly placed utility lines and poor planning. Plenty of issues that aren’t being addressed while Ryan homes continues to build more and more houses in this neighborhood
