I had a few concerns which were very minor I put in a request for help and received a phone call within 5 minutes. Mr.Kris was at my house within 10 minutes to solve my problems. He was so nice very kind and made sure I was satisfied with the service I received. Mr.Kris went above and beyond this is truly a person that walks by faith I am very pleased and happy I chose Baker way to be my home. Mr.Kris is absolutely awesome very good experience thank you
We initially met Tim from the sales team and he was very welcoming and informative about the community and our options. We were assigned to Zack Day as our project manager, who was well prepared and communicated well through the building process. Kris is our warranty/production manager and any request I might have has been fixed efficiently since moving in. Before touring the Baker Grove Community, I had picked out a home and started the mortgage process with one of the competitors.
