We have had such a positive experience so far with Aleta Ramirez, & now Sean, after our pre-construction meeting yesterday. Since the signing of our contract to build with Ryan Homes, Aleta has been very quick & thorough in her response to any questions. Although we are only just getting started on this journey to our new townhome in Lakewood Ranch, we feel confident that we have chosen the right team!

I was looking to find the right place and from the start Diego was incredibly helpful in getting me to my goal. He made himself available to help with texting or calling and answered all my questions while also finding ideas to meet my price point. Once I got to financing, it was incredibly quick and Angel was an all star with getting me to a better rate and payment than I initially thought possible.
