First time new build purchase in Florida and very happy with the process. The home was delivered spotless and with great care taken by Scott, our builder and his team. The home was ready well before the estimated date. This really is a great community with kind neighbors, office staff and contractors. Would suggest a home here to my family and friends.
We recently purchased our beautiful home, from the start Nick has helped us professional build our home piece by piece he has been very patient with us. Scott and Jenny professional constructor managers have sent us videos and photos every week making us more and more excited to see our home. Im surprised there's not more negative reviews yet, I've heard a lot of similar problems that others have had in the neighborhood. Major electrical problems discovered when we were upgrading our lights. Many wires are damaged to point of showing bare copper on the hot and neutral wires, some covered in tape and some left exposed. How did this pass inspection?
