We got an appointment on very short notice, John was our sales guide, Our questions we all answered rapidly and professionally, not the run around and vague answers we received from others in this field and nearby. We were given options, and walked though 2 homes that we were interested in, shown everything in detailed and even encouraged to take a walk and discuss what we learned during the visit, could not of asked for a better experience and can not wait to become a new resident at this facility.
