Every single home in this community was built from materials sitting out getting wet in every storm past 2 years. Currently still building with wet OSB right now as I post. Just had the largest snow storm in area in 10 years not one cover out on anything. Make sure you have a warranty. Also. These homes went up at extremely fast rate, I would suggest a warranty and new build inspection before buying cause I'll bet you have water damage. Sad these homes went in, they destroyed acres of forest and wildlife also.
