I've been living at my home since the end of December. The first thing I would like to say, I had excellent customer service dealing with my project manager, Dave. He was informative, step-by-step, he sent me pictures on what was going on? Anything? I didn't understand he was opening to educate me. Yes, I am. Highly intelligent, but when it comes to this building homes and construction, do it. No I don't know. He led the way, but that's where I had the perfect stars. The team has been professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. We are excited to see our future home come to life and look forward to enjoying all that Aberdeen Overlook has to offer.
I would give this place ZERO STARS due to their customer service. My husband and I went to visit the single family homes and was very very disappointed in the sales representative, Andrew. We made an appointment and drove an hour to view this home. When we walked in and asked questions, Andrew made sarcastic remarks.
