We Love our New Ryan Home.
Our new home with Ryan is amazing. We love the location and the home design. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. Just make sure to discuss how your lot will be used as for as draining water. My lot is responsible for drainage of like four homes. So I have standing water in my yard days after rain and if my other neighbors water their yards I will have standing water. This should have been discussed with us before we chose this lot and paid extra for it. The warranty department is telling me they won't do anything to fix t... read more

My husband and I recently purchased our first house here at 78 north. We had been eyeing the new development and decided to stop in. We were unsure about being able to purchase a home but Liz gave such a warm welcoming. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. We then started working with our amazing team Anthony & Beckett with NVR. First let me say we love our new home. I do however have some issues. So, we paid extra $5k for our lot because it was one with a flat back yard and not a hill/slope in the yard like some others. Without any feed back from Ryan while completing out landscape they put a ditch in our yard that pretty much cut right through the center of the yard and makes part of our yard useless. They also put a drain in the ditch so that we get all of our neighbors flowing water from their yards. I'm having the a meeting with the warranty pe... read more
