I wish I could give zero stars. When I first bought my new home from Ryan Homes, I thought I was making a great investment. However, just 1-2 years in, I'm regretting that decision deeply. The exterior walls are cracked, and the floors are cracking apart.( i have called multiole people and now is not in guarantee) It’s clear they used cheap materials, and instead of saving money, my husband and I have been pouring what little we have into repairs. We purchased a home from Ryan Homes in Land O Lakes with Ashley. She was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She even kept up with us when we closed on the home and congratulated us. Also, the project manager Brett was unbelievable. He was always on top of everything from start to finish and continuing. Every Friday night, he would send us photos of the progress of the house and what was coming up the next week. Brett took the time to answer questions and go through everything during our walk through.... read more
