Thieves! Jesus Alvarez and Ryan Homes are thieves! They kept my deposit when their finance department made false promises about being able to use K1 income to close on a home. We even offered our own financing in the end which they did not allow us to do.
Easy close, everything was super smooth. Liliana and Omair were fantastic when we met them. Pilar did a great job throughout our journey to buy a new home. Everything was seamless with mostly e-sign through email. Thanks a bunch team!!
