I don’t even want to give one star. I bought house in Montgomery square hatfield and it’s only 2.5 years and having lot off dry wall and plumbing issues and they won’t fix it. Never buying Ryan Home again.
Caution!!!!!! I am current home owner in Pa at the ryan homes of Montgomery square in Hatfield. The only reason I give this place 1 star is solely because of the manager Mary, she is quite awesome. That's as far as my pleasure goes with this home and builder. Let me say to all that may have stopped past the model home and fell in love that this is where your love for the home will stay( in the model home) I promise you. Those aren't just my opinions I have spoken met quite a few neighbors and some share the same dissatisfact... read more
