Convenience of location is honestly the best part of the smithville location. The staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. Quoted wrong pricing went to pay and one of the nurses chastised the younger girl in front of customers for figuring wrong. Apparently they couldn’t explain to us why it was over 100 dollars more .. will not be returning .. found same glasses with progressive lens and all the extras for 380 dollars less at target optical and eye mart express..
