Awful lawyer! Don’t use this guy! Mom paid lawyer Gary Hicks very well for her will & trust, entrusted him to help carry out her intentions. Mom recently passed, the hostile Executor/Trustee with impairment and an open case with APS refuses to communicate with the beneficiaries. Lawyer Gary Hicks wont talk to us, hides behind his elaborate phone tree, secretary said see the Executor/Trustee who won’t talk with us.
