Ryan was incredible during the process of selling our home. We were living overseas for all of it and he took care of everything like a pro, from arranging house fixes to keeping us up to date on the neighborhood market trends. His council from before the sale all the way through to closing was appreciated, and in a tough market sold ahead of the average days for a competitive price. If we had another house to sell, we would use him again without a doubt.

Ryan was fantastic. He really worked hard to help us sell our home in Littleton. In todays market we were a little bit nervous. His skill in marketing was top tier. On the 28th day we got our offer. 30 days later we closed. That's incredible, and we couldn't have been happier.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with! We moved from Virginia to the Denver area, and Ryan made the process as seamless as possible. He did video tours of several houses and helped us see as many in person as we could during our limited window when in Denver. I had the absolute best time working with Ryan to purchase my first home. I was moving from out of state and Ryan was super helpful in reaching out and contacting me before even flying out to go see homes. He was so willing to see all the homes on my list and was a complete rockstar during the entire Escrow process. He always made sure I did not miss a deadline and was extremely communicative about the process and very willing to answer all my questions.
