Dr Fitzwater has cancelled and rescheduled my son’s appointments 4 times now. It’s uncalled for to reschedule that many times. We’ve been waiting for months to be seen. So I give up trying, I done called my son’s doctor for a referral elsewhere. That is a doctor who does NOT care about his patients! He lacks empathy and he is NOT consistent at all. You need a doctor who genuinely cares and that’s NOT with him.
I have never been to such an uncaring medical professional ever!! He was rude to me both times I saw him and he was in such a hurry to get out of the room and the OR, he could NOT listen or address my concerns, I felt unheard. His PA Kevin Hill was wonderful, caring and nice. I will seek another Urologist.
Has an appointment on the 13th of January, they rescheduled my appointment for the 14th on their own without calling me or anything, then on the 13th, I got ready and was ready to leave when they called to confirm my 14th appointment (How I found out they changed it). My mother saw him for kidney stones. He put in a stent. My mom was in severe pain. Dr Fitzwater couldn’t care less. She died of Covid shortly after the stents were put in. She died in pain from the stents. Do not recommend. Dr was very rude. Unprofessional. Get another job if you don’t care about your patients.
