I had a very challenging express with Geico's 800 customer service. Two the customer service rep's dropped the ball in renewing my policy before my license would be suspened. The customer service rep took my last payment owed on my policy. I explained to the rep that my license would be suspended if my policy wasn't renewed by July 14, 2025 by 9:00 PM. After being bullied by the competition into paying increase after increase for no apperant reason 'josh' was able to offer a quote for far less than i had been paying for years regardless of my 'platnium' status with the competition! They were personable, patiant and by the end of the conversation i felt assured they worked to get the best rate possible. I spoke with Chase and he was extremely helpful! He was patient and kind and explained everything so that I could understand it. He helped me walk through things that would help to reduce my 6-month premium by half! I am so grateful and pleased for his help!
