Today my wife and I went to Geico Insurance in Winter Haven. We were immediately greeted by Chase Pettus as he was assisting another client. Soon after, he assisted us in obtaining an RV policy. Chase was kind, funny and professional. You could tell he enjoyed his position with Geico. He went above and beyond to help by contacting corporate RV division by phone to complete our policy. I had a very challenging express with Geico's 800 customer service. Two the customer service rep's dropped the ball in renewing my policy before my license would be suspened. The customer service rep took my last payment owed on my policy. I explained to the rep that my license would be suspended if my policy wasn't renewed by July 14, 2025 by 9:00 PM.
