I called Ryan in a panic. My fire inspection for my homesale was already scheduled and only then did my realtor happen to mention all the new requirements. Ryan came out to the house the very next day and ensured me they could complete the change over of 14 smoke, carbon monoxide & heat detectors, including the one 20' up in my vaulted family room ceiling before my inspection on Monday. Adam, the technician, did a great job installing our pendant lights above our kitchen island. He came on time, prepared, and gave us good advice. Lucretia, the office manager did answer our questions with the scheduling for the job, and was flexible to respond to our needs. The proposal and invoice payments were easy straightforward.
