Attorney Ryan has created a google listing and copied my website/my business, and inserted his own phone number in place of mine. The result is his number will appear on Google plus listing if a client is searching for me. He has never been affiliated with my law firm. This is a desperate attempt to get business and take from another attorney. Please consider this behavior when choosing an attorney.
Like doctors, lawyers will have spent a huge amount of time and financial resources to get to where they are. As such, it would be unrealistic to expect them to charge a pittance for their work. However, their work does keep you out of trouble, so that alone is worth the cost of having them around.
A real estate attorney is an added expense, but the work they do is worth the cost. Given their knowledge and experience, they will most likely be able to help you keep your head above water and/or keep you out of trouble.
