I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I've received from this doctor. Despite stating that medication adjustments would be made, these changes were never implemented as needed. Furthermore, prescription refill requests were consistently delayed, often by a week past the due date. Additionally, I was provided with inaccurate information, and it appears the doctor has not been fulfilling their expected responsibilities.
