Ryan Ferguson helped me sell my condo in 1 month at my asking price. Ryan was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He handled all the paper-work. His low-cost tips on improving the condo appearance were greatly appreciated. He was able to find the right buyers who are now a welcome part of their new community.

Ryan was tremendous with his efforts in selling our historic home in rural NM. He went above and beyond, even tracking down water heater parts before an inspection! After the home didn’t sell with our initial realtor for 9 months last summer, we reached out to Sotheby’s and got connected with Ryan who took amazing photos and re-listed it and sold with 4 months, during winter!
