Ryan did a great job selling our house he came prepared when we asked him to sell our place. We gave him a three month contract and sold our place in less than a week and for the price we asked with no conditions to speak off. We were quite happy that it sold in such a short time. I would recommend him to anybody that is the market to sell a place
Totally impressed with Ryan and his recent listing and sale of my parents’ home in Port Stanley. He came to meet them prepared. He did his research and presented a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan. He prepped and executed while keeping my parents totally informed every day. It’s a super tough market but after only 4 days and many showings, house was sold. I think you can’t go wrong with Ryan as your agent.
