We had the pleasure of meeting with agent Ryan Featherstone of Royal Lepage, in St. Thomas today. It was to view a couple of properties. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the city. He was friendly, engaging and we felt we had placed our search in the right hands. Ryan listened to us and did not resort to high pressure tactics, which we appreciated. If you're looking for a great realtor and agent, you need look no further.
Ryan was fantastic! From my very first walkthrough to closing, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free! As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what to look for and the right questions to ask. I’ll definitely be working with him again in the future, and couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking for their first or forever home! Ryan did a great job selling our house he came prepared when we asked him to sell our place. We gave him a three month contract and sold our place in less than a week and for the price we asked with no conditions to speak off. We were quite happy that it sold in such a short time. I would recommend him to anybody that is the market to sell a place
Totally impressed with Ryan and his recent listing and sale of my parents’ home in Port Stanley. He came to meet them prepared. He did his research and presented a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan. He prepped and executed while keeping my parents totally informed every day. It’s a super tough market but after only 4 days and many showings, house was sold. I think you can’t go wrong with Ryan as your agent.
I enjoyed working with Ryan! Down to earth, even tho we only had a short experience together. Sign went up and literally 3 days later SOLD! I highly recommend Ryan. Ryan was in contact with me right till the end, made sure everything went through.
