Both Paul and Ryan were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the market and all the necessary details we needed to sell our home. They were available within minutes of our texts, emails and many questions. Their positive energy was very reassuring and reduced my stress greatly. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you both so much for all the work you have done in selling our home.
Working with Ryan & Paul to buy our cottage was the best decision we made. They were always quick to answer our texts and calls, and honest about the condition of each property we toured. During negotiations, their sharp advice helped us secure a great price without any stress. If you need a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor for a cottage or home purchase, we cannot recommend Ryan and Paul enough!
Ryan Featherstone got us an almost impossible deal to buy our Beach Condo. He listens to your wishes then like magic he gets them done. Paul was new to the firm yet a personable team member who added confident support to our choices. Bravo to your firm! We are seniors who appreciated the respect and patience they gave us. Thank you Featherstone and Sadler.😁😁
I had such a wonderful experience working with Ryan Featherstone & his team. They were professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. As a first-time homebuyer in Canada ,I had so many questions, but they made the entire process feel much easier and less stressful. They also recommended me a professional mortgage broker truly appreciate all their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.
