Dr. H is amazing and truely cares about her patients and getting them well or on the correct medicines to manage chronic issues.
This has been a very trying experience. My dad had surgery at OU Medical on 7/6/2026 and the PT group made an exception to allow him to be discharged since the wheelchair ordered would be delivered to the house by Thursday the 9th. Jack’s number was provided and has been used no fewer than five times, combined, between my mother and myself. We have repeatedly been told that ‘it’s been ordered and we are waiting on delivery.’ Tomorrow, the 28th, is dad’s first post op appointment and we have had no wheelchair delivered.
