Buying a home can be a long process, and ours took extra time because of negotiations with the seller. Throughout it all, Ryan, who represented our lender, was very professional, informative, and flexible. He was always reliable and quick to respond when needed. Although the process felt slow at times, Ryan made sure everything came together, and the last week before closing was handled with great efficiency to make sure we closed on time.
