Wife had a very good initial meeting on making a custom pendant. However, there was no response to multiple follow-up emails. Very poor communication and customer service.
Beautiful unique pieces of jewelry, but when my daughter was trying on rings at the second Sunday outdoor market, to potentially let her boyfriend know what she might want for Christmas, Ryan, obviously thinking that we were going to steal something, told us that we had to leave.
