Prompt, courteous and efficient. Addressed my concerns within 24 hours and remedied the issue in short order. Owner Jack arrived end of job to ascertain all was well. Would recommend, especially if time is the essence.
Needed light fixture installed and 2 outlets replaced. Ryan Electric responded to my phone call. Work was completed the next day and they had one Needed part on truck.
We called Ryan Electric because we were selling a house in Waldwick, NJ and needed a few electrical issues corrected before we could close. Jack came the next day and gave us a fair price and promised to get the work done right away since we had come in from out of town to meet him. Two hours later he returned with his assistant and got right to work. We were happy with the work, the price and the clean up. Would recommend him.
I found Ryan Electrical through a quick google search and I'm glad I took a chance on this business. Jack Ryan is very kind and understanding and does a great job at explaining the work he plans to do and why. His technicians are just as kind and elaborate as he is. An all around great business that I would 100% recommend.
There was some miscommunication about date for work to start (arrived one day early per customer recollection and documentation), but work was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Would recommend for further work in Rockland County and wherever else they serve. -First time customers pleased with professional appearance and follow-up.
