I was told that I would be having two x-ray guided nerve block shots back in June 2025. I did the pre-op over the phone and was told what my portion of the bill would be. I paid my part of what was the "estimated bill" was to be, after paying over $600.00 for a MRI, and only received one unguided nerve block shot in my back. The pain is now somewhat manageable and on a call today for a followup visit, I was advised that I was also being charged over $200 because what they had charged to the Insurance Company was over the all... read more
