Warning to future patients. I was recently referred to Dr. Duncan by my PCP because I was experiencing a sinus blockage. I go to the appointment, tell him what's going on, and he says, "Okay let's get in there with a scope and see what's up." Cool, sounds good to me. Fast forward to yesterday when I received a $457 bill from his office, which would have been $801 without my insurance. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr Duncan. I have dealt with ear issues for many years so I have been to many doctors. Dr Duncan really listens and cares about his patients and their concerns. His staff is also very nice and supportive.
I had an Inspire implanted in 4 2024, had issues, FDA 1 recall 7-2024 not notified by said Doctor as I continued to be their Guinea Pig, 7 2025 notified a revision was needed because my generator was defective, Nov 2025, Franklin Surgery Center showed me out the back door of hospital because I refused to pay anymore out of my pocket, and Yes, I saw Mr. Duncan’s true heart that day, so inside me sits a piece of junk that does not work But Inspire and Mr Duncan do not care, bottom line, I reached out to his office and to Bebo ... read more
Dr. Duncan is a wonderful Dr.! It’s been several years for us but he performed ear surgery on our son after a horrible accident. He did an amazing job! He was kind, patient and had great bedside manner. I could not recommend this man enough! Fast forward to today, my son is now 17 and we are needing to get in with him for hearing aids. The wait is long but he is well worth the wait. Thank you sir for being amazing and providing the best care!
Dr. Duncan performed two successful thyroid surgeries on me. He asked for any questions both before surgery and during consultation and he took the time to listen to our concerns and provided answers that were easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan!
