Great company, best in area for sure. Did a fast, clean and expert job servicing and testing gas boiler and heating -and cooking -system. Very responsive, fast appointment, reliable and decent pricing. Recommend.
I contacted Ryan Dickinson plumbing and heating as there was a leak in one of the pipes under the sink at my elderly mum's home. I was told they would try to get someone out the same day otherwise a visit was booked for the next day. Someone did come out the same day and promptly sorted the leak. Much appreciated Caroline
Ryan is great chap and good at servicing the boiler but after one of his workforce installed a new actuator valve we were left with noisy air in the system and due to incorrect wiring, it didn’t function properly. We were charged again for removal of the air and we had to pay someone else to correct the wiring. For every job they came to do, they created more problems! No apology either!
Replacement hot water tank in 2018. The cylinder ruptured 18 months later causing wide damage. Replaced through Ryan Dickinson for combi boiler. He forgot to complete pipework which caused flooding. 11 months later the plumbing burst causing another flood. Since this, the boiler requires top up every 2 weeks which I am being told is not an installation fault. Hidden in the small print, he only guarantees parts and labour for 6 months! So many issues!
