Dr. Aycock is God sent. Compassion in healthcare has gone out the door but he still gives me hope that there are still compassionate doctors out there. Thanks for ALL you've done for me and my family. Especially for what you did back in 2004 for me and my son. Thank you!
If you are a self pay patient or have a heath-share, save yourself and go somewhere else! It’s impossible to get accurate information from billing. It’s a constant battle to get ahold of the right person, leaving voicemails, return calls take days, all for them to take no accountability for misinformation and do nothing to solve the problem. Grateful I didn’t continue care here.
If I were to rate them zero stars, I would certainly do so. These individuals, who work in the administrative office, are highly unprofessional and rude. Christina Benoit, the Chief Operating Officer, and Sara Monsour, the Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer, are no better. After weeks of an unresolved issue with a staff member being inappropriately harsh with me for no reason, these two took minimal action and gave her a counseling session. Not sure if he remembers but while at Baylor in Dallas, he delivered my daughter. He was very strict with me during my pregnancy. My daughter is now a Jr in college and I wanted to thank him for being who he is, he helped us make a family. My daughter today is still a gift to us.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Dickerson today 1-22-26. I had to transfer drs bc my current GYN had retired after being in his care for 11yrs. I was not happy with the transitioning but I can say I am well pleased with Dr Dickerson. He took the time to listen to an issue I’ve had for 26 yrs and no other Dr could give a diagnosis. He diagnosed me within minutes. He also was very kinda and gentle with amazing bedside manners. I am looking forward to future visits. I give him 10 stars!
