Horrible communication and incompetent office staff. Multiple issues that caused me to leave State Farm after many years.
Ryan’s a great StateFarm agent and always gets me what I need!
Poor communication. For two month he has only answered one email after repeatedly calling and emailing. I was owed a refund that has never happened and now they are trying to charge me again for a car I took of the police, and they removed me from my policy. Got back on the policy no thanks to this branch. Very disappointed. I want to switch agents but can’t until I get my refund. I do not recommend!
