First appt at this office. They call to confirm the appt a day ahead of time. I made it to the appointment 15 mins early as they request. While in the waiting room, another patient entered the office who had an appointment the previous week, yet had to come back into the office due to no one returning his calls. The male receptionist was very pleasant. Wasn’t impressed with the office and waiting an hour to see a doctor. I was ready to walk out the door, I should have actually. They wouldn’t wait a hour for you. That’s ridiculous. Also, appearance makes a big difference when you’re representing yourself to patients. Whether new or existing patients.
This was my first appointment at this primary care office, and it was such a positive experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Alyssa Lourdes was amazing — she was so down to earth and made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this practice.
My husband & I had our first appointment with Dr. Rossi today. We both had a good appointment and encourage anyone to make an appointment with him. Spent a lot of time with me (lst visit) and am happy with our visit.
