Ryan Carter is the best. We've been so lucky to work with him on multiple occasions and every time have been happy as sellers and buyers. He knows what he's doing, is a great negotiator and advocate for his clients, and he makes the processes of selling a beloved home or buying a new one (processes that can be short or long, easy or difficult, straightforward or complicated, and emotional) always a pleasure.
Ryan has been our realtor for 8 transactions and has always saved us money (making up for the fee with smarts and negotiating skills). He's personable and responsive with impeccable judgment. The whole 8z team was excellent as well. Ryan really puts the client first during negotiations, and on the buy-side, he gets who you are and will help you evaluate whether a property is right for you.
We have used Ryan to buy and sell 3 properties now and I have never had such a trusted advisor in business like Ryan. From start to finish Ryan handles the transactions so beautifully. Real estate in his hands is truly an art form. From shrewdly negotiating on our behalf, to finessing furnishings and credits from the sellers my husband and I continue to be blown away by his abilities. To say we would recommend him is the understatement of the century. You will be thanking your lucky stars that Ryan is your agent.
