What a lousy practice this is. I made an enquiry to see if they can help me with my incident. As soon as they realised my claim was not valid they brushed me off and ended the phone conversation. I guess it's just all about numbers and money for them and a total disregard for interpersonal customer relationships. I will never ever approach this company again for any of my legal projects.
