I had a otoplasty surgery done here years ago, had to redo left side cause there was a stitch sticking out, I wanted it pushed back more as it was still a bit more prominent and after 3 attempts on the left side it’s now to far back feels “attached” to side of head. Was out of the country for a bit and now that I’m back I emailed there office, and he apparently doesent do otoplasties anymore. That’s one way to lose a customer. Disappointed and wish I went elsewhere.
A year post recovery made me realize surgery was only okay. Left a bitter taste remembering Dr. Ryan rushing me out of his office. Gave better than thou energy. It’s a big decision so maybe find someone better.
Excellent Experience! Dr. Frank is an amazing Surgeon. His whole team is awesome! I had my implants removed. From consultation to the day of surgery, the entire team was just so amazing and caring!
Dr. Ryan Frank is truly exceptional at what he does. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I came in for a consultation about a procedure I thought I needed, but he explained that my starting point wasn’t as bad as I believed. While he’s still open to doing the procedure, he encouraged me to take time to really consider if it’s worth it and helped set realistic expectations. Dr. Frank is an absolutely incredible surgeon. I first saw him for breast augmentation. A year and a half later he fixed my deviated septum and performed rhinoplasty. I could not be happier with my results. He is truly skilled and cares about his patients.
