I have had a LOT of PCPs in the last 15 years since I got sick (cancer and EDS) and NO ONE beats Dr Crim in humanity, compassion, knowledge, or just treating me like a human being. I would have to say that my best PCP is a multi-way tie between several doctors, but he's one of them, and the reason why my PCP is still in Carlisle even though I moved and will stay there even if Wellspan opens an office right outside my neighborhood (unless Dr Crim comes to that office). I was looking for a new PCP near me and Dr. Crim was recommended via my work portal. At first, I was a lil hesitant to see a male doctor as a bigger female because in the past my symptoms have been ignored due to my weight.. but with Dr. Crim I have NEVER experienced that. During my initial appointment to go over life, health, medications, family history, etc.. he took the time to listen & note everything. The most caring doctor I have ever met❤️
He told me a horrific story of elder abuse that just was NOT merited or appropriate and had nothing to do with my mother's condition... of a woman starved, abused, neglected in a bathtub by addict adult child. It was just a disgusting story of shock and awe and he contributed nothing towards the well-being of my mother or me. He has not clue what is he doing was my impression. I left disgusted at him for the nonsensical and grossly inappropriate story he told.
