Dr. Arata is the most professional, outstanding, honest, trusting doctors who provides amazing care to his patients. His level of integrity, how he listens to you, and provides you with the best treatment possible is beyond the vocabulary level! I presented in the Urgent care with flu like symptoms. Dr Arata talked to me but gave me a very minimal examination and only briefly listed to my lungs. Given a script and dismissed. I had to see my family physician two days later and then diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr Arata has poor social skills in my opinion. He is also not your typical Doctor. He has a very disheveled, poorly outward appearance. And that's being nice. I do not recommend.
