I needed to be picked up for a knee injury and the man that helped me was the kindest human being. I was stuck on the floor and he got down eye level to talk to me and held my hand the whole way to the hospital.
After an appointment was made at 1 a.m. to take my mother to a special trip to Mercy in Janesville. The lady and gentleman in the ambulance not only took great care of her but when she ran into trouble they went to Great Lengths to quickly get her to Janesville paramedics waiting on Milton Avenue. Even though we lost her these two should be commended for going the extra mile for helping out in the best way they could! Jan 26th 2013!
