I had to be transferred from Fort Hospital to SSM Health Fond Du Lac which took 1.5 hours to get to & neither the medic in the back or the driver once asked me if I was okay. I rode in complete silence while she sat in back reading a book. Was not a good experience

I needed to be picked up for a knee injury and the man that helped me was the kindest human being. I was stuck on the floor and he got down eye level to talk to me and held my hand the whole way to the hospital.
